Product Inspection and Receipt

• You are expected to check and receive your product in front of the delivery person. If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or has any mismatch in size or pricing at the time of delivery, please return it immediately to the delivery person upon confirmation from our customer service.

Ordering Policy

• Service is only available for articles (products) that are shown in stock on our website.
• Currently, each order will be shipped only to a single destination address. If customers wish to ship products to different addresses, customers will need to place multiple separate orders.
• Orders that are paid for cannot be canceled if already shipped.
• For order-related queries, please kindly contact our Customer Service at +8801969644071 (9.00 am to 6.00 pm except for Government holidays).

Delivery Policy We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. Please note our shipping policies as follows:

• We make our best efforts to ship each ordered item to your doorstep:
  • Inside Dhaka metropolitan city within 24 working hours.
  • Outside Dhaka:
    • District Headquarters: Delivery within 3 to 5 working days.
    • Outside District Headquarters: Delivery within 5 to 7 working days.
• Delivery charge is defined as:
  • BDT 80 inside Chittagong.
  • BDT 120 in the sub-area near Chittagong.
  • BDT 150 outside Chittagong.
• If your order exceeds 25 kgs inside Chittagong, 30 kgs in the periphery, and 30 kgs outside Chittagong, delivery time and charges may increase.
• Outside of Chittagong, COD (cash on delivery) will be charged at a rate of 1% of the total product price (including VAT).
• We ship on regular weekdays (Sunday to Thursday), excluding public holidays.
• Currently, each order will be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple separate orders.

Return & Exchange Policy We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any merchandise you have ordered from Gym Stereo. The delivery of your order is subject to the availability of stock.

• You are expected to check and receive your product in front of the delivery person, who must wait for 5-10 minutes for you to do so. If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or has any mismatch in size or pricing at the time of delivery, please return it immediately to the delivery person. Please do this after getting confirmation from our customer service.
• If the size doesn’t fit, you can exchange the size of the product bought from the Review Kids E-Commerce site within 72 working hours from the delivery date. We will not accept the exchange request if you request an exchange after 72 working hours from the delivery date. Note: We will only accept if the returned product(s) is/are unused, clean, and in their original state with the hang tag intact and with the invoice. Please contact our customer service regarding the replacement of the product(s).
• You have to call our customer service at +8801969644071 (9.00 am to 6.00 pm except for Government holidays) to initiate the exchange.
• An exchange can be done once with the product(s) of the same and/or higher value subject to payment of the price difference, and there will be no cash refund.
• Please keep your invoice safe and intact as it is essential to provide it to the store while getting your product exchanged.
• In the case of cash on delivery, customers must bear all delivery charges for product delivery, return, or exchange (as applicable).
• Discounted products cannot be returned or exchanged. There will be no cashback for any discount product.
• Discounted products are not eligible for a coupon code discount. It should be noted that Discount Offers may differ from outlet to outlet and online at times.

Refund Policy

• The refund will be provided using the same payment channel that you used for the payment within 7-10 working days.
